Learn STAT at Hai Phong International Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital
With the approval of Project Viet Nam, the Central Pedagogical College of Ho Chi Minh City, in collaboration with Hai Phong International Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital, is organizing a training class on “STAT Tool – Screening for Autism Spectrum Disorder in Children”.
– STAT (Screening Tool for Autism in Toddlers and Young Children) – is a standardized screening tool for autism in Vietnam.
– STAT has been recognized by the Ministry of Health as an official screening tool and is widely used in hospitals, centers, and schools.
– STAT training program: Lasts 6 months (including theory and practice).
– Theoretical learning time: 1.5 days; from June 29 – 30, 2024 (All day Saturday and Sunday morning).
– At: Hai Phong International Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital, No. 124 Nguyen Duc Canh, Cat Dai Ward, Le Chan District, Hai Phong City.
– Practical learning: Scan the QR code for specific content and timing
– STAT class instructor: M.Sc. Le Thi Dao – Former Head of the Physical Therapy – Speech Therapy Unit at Children’s Hospital No. 2.
– Target participants: Healthcare staff, speech therapists, psychologists, preschool teachers, special education teachers.
Note: Participants must have a degree of at least a BACHELOR’S degree
– Limited number of participants: Maximum of 20 participants
– Course certification: Certification will be issued by Project Vietnam Foundation if all class requirements are met.
– Registration deadline: Until the end of June 26, 2024.
