Successfully organized the first congress of the trade union of Hai Phong International Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital for the term 2023-2028.

On the afternoon of March 4th, the Trade Union of Hai Phong International Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital held its first congress for the term 2023 – 2028. From the guests, the congress was honored to welcome the leadership of the General Corporation of Shipping: Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai Ninh – Deputy General Director, Chairwoman of the Trade Union of the General Corporation; Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thuan – Head of the Administrative Organization Department of the General Corporation; Ms. Dinh Thi Huyen Trang – Head of the Finance and Accounting Department, Executive Committee of the General Corporation.


From Hai Phong International Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital, the congress respectfully welcomed the hospital's leadership: Dr. Pham Thu Xanh – Executive Director of the Hospital; Dr. Tran Thi Viet Phuong – Professional Director of the Obstetrics Division; Dr. Bui Thanh Doanh – Deputy Secretary of the Hospital's Party Cell, along with 48 delegates representing the trade union groups of the Hospital.

Within the framework of the congress program, Comrade Pham Thi Gai – Chairwoman of the Hospital's Trade Union presented the report of the Trade Union Executive Committee and the direction, tasks, and key solutions to implement the targets set by the Hospital's Trade Union for the term 2023-2028.

At the Congress, the delegates discussed the remaining limitations and set goals, directions, and tasks for the term 2023-2028. With the motto “Innovation – Democracy – Solidarity – Development,” during the term 2023-2028, the Trade Union of Hai Phong International Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital will continue to innovate the content and methods of trade union activities, enhance the capacity of trade union officials towards serving union members and workers, strengthen representation work, care for and protect the legal rights and interests of union members and workers; improve the quality of propaganda and education work; develop union members, build a strong hospital trade union, contribute to the growing strength of the working class, and successfully achieve the goals and tasks.


The Congress of Delegates of the Hai Phong International Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital Trade Union for the term 2023-2028 has been successfully held, truly promoting collective intelligence and demonstrating the spirit of solidarity and unity of all members, officials, and employees determined to achieve the goals set forth in the Congress Resolution, striving to build the Hai Phong International Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital to be increasingly developed and strong.
