LABORATORY DEPARTMENT

Located on the 2nd floor of the 19-story building, Hai Phong International Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital, the Laboratory Department performs various tests including hematology, biochemistry, immunology, microbiology, parasitology, mycology, prenatal screening, and newborn screening, closely coordinating with the Outpatient Department and other specialties in diagnosing and treating pregnant women and pediatric patients. The department operates 24/7, and all test results are approved by the department head and authorized staff to ensure accuracy before being returned to clients.

Bringing together a highly skilled workforce, including doctors, graduates, and technicians who are professionally trained, ensuring absolute safety from the sample collection, transportation, and operation of the testing system; providing absolutely accurate results, effectively supporting the clinical department in diagnosing and treating diseases.

Modern Equipment System, International Standards

The laboratory’s testing machines are heavily invested in, imported from leading global medical equipment manufacturers such as Beckman Coulter, Instrumentation Laboratory, etc., especially the automated sample transport system, all ensuring a quick and 100% sterile testing process and providing absolutely accurate results.

Automatic Biochemistry Analyzer AU 680

This is a fully automated biochemistry analyzer that meets ISO 13485, CE, FDA standards; with a capacity of 1200 tests/hour, capable of performing over 100 types of tests. The sample volume used is very small, providing quick results. The machine is designed to prioritize emergency samples at any time, storing data for 100,000 samples and tracking reactions for 200,000 tests.

Automatic Immunoassay Analyzer Unicel DXI 800

A leading system in the family of immunoassay testing systems from Beckman Coulter. This powerful system has a maximum testing speed of 400 tests/hour, utilizing chemiluminescence technology, with the same reagent box and testing protocol as other members of the Unicel immunoassay testing family.

Automatic Hematology Analyzer Unicel DXH 800

An automatic hematology analyzer using advanced VCSn cell analysis technology with a testing speed of up to 200 tests/hour, along with the ability to continuously load routine and emergency samples, capable of performing over 20 blood cell indices.

Coagulation Testing Machine ACLTOP 350 CTs

An automatic coagulation testing machine that provides quick and accurate results. It performs routine or special tests very simply. The feature of automatically checking pre-analytical samples enhances quality management and supports validation to minimize errors and increase efficiency.
