According to information from the Ministry of Defense, on February 13, after the incident occurred, the Military Preventive Medicine Institute conducted PCR testing on the officers and soldiers of Regiment 12, Division 3 and found 7 positive samples for meningococcal bacteria, these are the officers and soldiers who had direct contact with soldier Nguy\u1ec5n V\u0103n Nghi\u1ec7p.”<\/div>\n
