Patient N.T.L, 41 years old from An Duong, Hai Phong, has been diagnosed with a benign breast tumor for a long time. After many years of examination and treatment at various facilities without results, she placed her trust and chose Hai Phong International Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital. Through examination and 3D elastography ultrasound of the breast, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Hoc \u2013 Head of the Obstetrics Department discovered many tumors of varying sizes on both sides of the patient’s breast. The patient was immediately scheduled for tumor excision surgery. The surgery was performed safely and successfully, with the team excising a total of 16 benign tumors ranging in size from 10x15mm to 20x20mm. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Hoc stated: \u201cIn this case, due to the proximity of the tumors, we decided to make a very small incision on the skin at an appropriate location to ensure that one incision could remove as many tumors as possible while hiding the scar, ensuring the aesthetic aspect for the patient. Post-surgery, the patient’s health is stable and she is scheduled for discharge after 6 days of inpatient monitoring.<\/div>\n
