Ms. N.T.T.T, 40 years old from Hong Bang district, Hai Phong city, was admitted for examination due to menorrhagia and vaginal bleeding for 2 weeks. Upon taking the medical history, it was noted that the patient had a history of surgery for a pseudocyst of the pancreas. Although the tumors were small, the patient had complications of significant bleeding. Therefore, Dr. Nguyen Van Huynh invited Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Hoc \u2013 Head of the Obstetrics Department for consultation and decided to perform surgery to manage the uterine fibroids for patient T.
