Respiratory infections are common illnesses in children that cause swelling and mucus secretion in the nose, throat, and pharynx. If not supported for removal, the mucus will accumulate, leading to bacterial infection, causing the child to refuse to eat, vomit, have difficulty breathing, wheeze, along with symptoms of cough and fever.
