Patient Tran T. T, 39 years old, came to the hospital to register for delivery at 39 weeks. However, after undergoing some prenatal tests, her blood pressure surged to 160\/110 mmHg, and her blood glucose test also showed abnormalities. Previously, the patient managed her pregnancy at another facility and reported that there were no abnormalities throughout the pregnancy.
