On the afternoon of September 16, 2026, Hai Phong International Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital organized a point of connection to participate in the online scientific conference in the field of Obstetrics with the theme “Comprehensive Management of Women’s Health: For Generations of Vietnamese Women.” The program connected experts from Hanoi Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Hai Phong International Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital, and Gia Dinh General Hospital.

Participating in the conference were TS.BSCKII. Mai Trong Hung – Director of Hanoi Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Chair; BSCKII. Tran Thi Viet Phuong – Chief of Obstetrics Department, Hai Phong International Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital, and BSCKII. Nguyen Thi Thanh Loan – Deputy Director of Gia Dinh General Hospital, co-chairing.

At the conference, the speakers focused on analyzing three practical issues in obstetric practice, spanning various stages of women’s health.

BSCKII. Pham Thi Xuan Minh – Head of the Prenatal Department, Hai Phong International Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital presented a topic on “Management of Abnormal Vaginal Bleeding in the First Trimester of Pregnancy.” The content focused on clinical approaches, risk assessment, and appropriate management directions to ensure the safety of pregnant women in the early stages of pregnancy.

The discussion session took place with direct exchanges between the chairperson, the presenters, and the team of doctors at various locations. Clinical situations, challenges in diagnosis, treatment, and patient management were discussed on a scientific basis, thereby increasing the applicability of the updated content to professional practice.

Not only is it a continuous medical knowledge update activity, but the program also creates a forum for professional connection among healthcare facilities, promoting experience sharing and enhancing clinical management capabilities. This contributes to the goal of a comprehensive, continuous healthcare model for women that is appropriate for each stage of life.
