The Hai Phong Department of Health conducted an inspection and evaluation of the quality of the hospital, surveyed patient and healthcare staff satisfaction in 2022 at Hai Phong International Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital.
The inspection team from the Department of Health highly appreciates the Patient Satisfaction Survey. Accordingly, the overall patient satisfaction rate reached 90%, and the rate of patients who would return reached 100%. This shows that in 2022, Hai Phong International Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital made every effort to comprehensively improve hospital quality, meeting the healthcare needs of the people.
In the results of the hospital quality assessment in 2022, the hospital scored 261 out of 332 points. The evaluation results for 82 out of 83 quality criteria: the average score for the hospital’s criteria achieved was 4.08.
In addition, the team pointed out the shortcomings that need to be addressed for the hospital to improve further, in order to provide the best service quality and ensure satisfaction for the people.
At the end of the inspection, the inspection team highly appreciated the hospital’s contributions to public health care in Hai Phong city. At the same time, they encouraged all hospital staff to build on the achieved results and continue to review for further development in expertise and to maintain good hospital quality work in 2023.
