The focus of the survey sessions was to assess the level of implementation and compliance with standards in daily operations. From the documentation system to care and treatment practices, the program helps the Hospital evaluate the consistency in process execution, identify areas that need further improvement, and determine priority areas for enhancement.

In the journey towards achieving JCI standards, each assessment is an opportunity for the hospital to strengthen its quality management foundation, enhance supervision, and promote continuous improvement. The significance of this process is reflected in the overarching goal: ensuring patient safety, improving professional quality, and maintaining care quality according to international standards.
With synchronized preparation and the proactive spirit of all staff, Hai Phong International Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital is ready to cooperate in survey and assessment sessions; continuing to improve the management system and care practices, aiming for safety in every treatment step and quality in every medical service.
