The surgery was performed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Thanh Doanh – Head of the Department of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery along with the anesthesia team. During the surgery, the team completely removed the thyroid isthmus nodule measuring 4x5cm from the patient. After 50 minutes of intense focus, utilizing high expertise combined with skilled techniques, the surgery was successful. Post-operatively, the patient’s health was stable, and the most wonderful thing was that the patient could talk and carry out normal activities without any complications. The patient’s incision also healed very quickly, and notably, the cut was very delicate, not significantly affecting the patient’s appearance.
