The Hai Phong Department of Health conducts inspections and evaluations of hospital quality, surveys patient and healthcare staff satisfaction in 2024 at Hai Phong International Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital.

The inspection team from the Department of Health highly appreciates the Patient Satisfaction Survey. Accordingly, the overall patient satisfaction rate reached 90%, and the rate of patients who would return is 100%. This shows that in 2024, Hai Phong International Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital has made every effort to improve the overall quality of the hospital, meeting the healthcare needs of the people.
As a result of the quality assessment in 2024, the hospital scored 855.45 points out of 1000. Among them, the hospital quality score according to the Vietnam Hospital Quality Criteria version 2.0 reached 4.29/5.
In addition, the team also pointed out the shortcomings that need to be addressed for the hospital to improve further, in order to provide the best service quality and ensure satisfaction for the people.

At the end of the inspection, the inspection team highly appreciated the contributions of the hospital in the healthcare work for the people in Hai Phong city. At the same time, they encouraged all hospital staff to promote the achieved results and continue to review for further development in expertise and to continue to implement good hospital quality work in 2025.

Receiving the feedback from the inspection team, Dr. Pham Thu Xanh – Executive Director of Hai Phong International Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital expressed gratitude for the evaluation comments, as well as suggestions to help the hospital develop and improve further. The hospital will strive to meet the criteria to improve the quality of examination and treatment to meet the increasingly high healthcare needs of the people.
